Melissa Perkins has been an art educator in the Maine school system for over 17 years. 

She is also an artist of various mediums and has been showing and selling her work in solo shows as well as with other fellow artisans in numerous local galleries and outdoor venues.

 Building upon her design and color knowledge strongly fed by her art experiences, Melissa continues to multi-task and has pursued another passion offering interior design/decorating advice through her art service company, ROOMforIMPROVEMENT.
